LADIES FELLOWSHIP
Realizing the specific needs that would arise from Tabernacle Baptist Church that only the ladies, with their special talents could meet, the Ladies Fellowship was organized in 1977. From its inception, the Ladies Fellowship has been responsible for the bridal showers and baby showers for the young men and women in our church. The ladies organize special care during sicknesses or death in our church family and help our missionary wives and college students with cards and gifts. A highlight in the year is the annul Mother/Daughter Banquet. It is a time of celebration for ladies in the family to come together for food, fun, and fellowship.
The most important aspect of this ministry is the monthly meetings to fellowship with one another, share burdens, pray, and study the Word of God which will strengthen and enlighten the ladies of TBC to fulfill His calling to them as women. It is the desire of this group to magnify the Lord in what He has called them to do as an arm of the local church.
